  • create a candidate pack to be sent directly to suitable candidates on our database
  • put together a longlist of candidates for your approval
  • provide completed application forms for all longlisted candidates
  • hold the longlist interviews and submit detailed notes
  • offer a suggested shortlist and discuss it with you
  • take up references and complete internet searches for your chosen shortlisted candidates
  • notify and debrief the unsuccessful candidates once your shortlist process is complete
