- Happy where I am but might be interested if the right role / school came up
- Looking for a new challenge
- be contacted directly when an interesting role becomes available
- decide whether you wish to be included in a longlist for a particular role
- be interviewed by one of us at a time to suit you
- be given feedback on the longlist interview

If you are invited to the school for the shortlist stage and you are successful, the school will be in touch with you directly.
If unsuccessful on this occasion, we will seek feedback from the school and discuss it with you to help you prepare for future applications.
